Professional Property Inspections (PPI) is a subsidiary of Spangle Design Consulting, Inc. and has been providing inspection services along the Emerald Coast since 2003.

Sam Spangle, inspector and president, is an ICC Certified Commercial and Residential Building Inspector (ICC#5284250) licensed by the state of Florida (FL License # BN6316) to perform inspections across the state. Sam is also a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI #08081132). Sam has completed the Institute for Business and Home Safety inspector training course.
